Humidity vs. Latitude

There is a strange correlation here regarding humidity and latitude. While you can get high humidity percentages in any latitude ranges, it appears that is not the case with low humidity percentages. Humidity percentages below 60% disappear when you are a few degrees north of the equator (aside from one outlier), only to reappear again when you are fifteen or so degrees north of the equator. Low humidity percentages also don't exist at the extreme poles.
